Is Your Cleaning Service "Seriously Green"?
All too often, the public falls for the hype that a cleaning service is Green because they say so, or they post the Green message on their website. Too often, cleaning services are "Token Green" meaning that they include a couple Green products but frankly know very little about delivering a Green & Healthy workspace.
What to do? Well, start with demanding that the cleaning service follow the simple steps outlined by the Green Clean Institute and the Seriously Green Network: 1) Trained and certified workers, 2) Mostly Green Products in use, and 3) the ability to provide a Green & Healthy Building program with certification.
